Give The Gift Of Literacy

We believe if a child hears 1000 books by the age of 5, he or she is much better prepared to enjoy and succeed in learning

GIVING THE GIFT OF LITERACY

Your donation to 1000×5 Children’s Literacy means we can continue to provide free books to families across the Capital Region. When you donate to 1000×5 Children’s Literacy, you aren’t just promoting literacy, you are changing lives. 1000×5 is made up of three distinct projects covering the Capital Region. To donate:

1. Select the 1000×5 project you want to support from our locations below.
2. Then pick how you want to donate and simply follow the donation instructions

Got Books?

We rely on donations of books for babies and preschoolers from members of the community. If you have books for children under the age of 5 that you no longer need, why not consider donating them to us? We will ensure that your books continue to put smiles on children all over the Capital Region. Get in touch with us to arrange a drop off.
